B - Shenandoah National Park Association
The Shenandoah National Park Association (SNPA) supports the interpretive and educational activities of Shenandoah National Park. The support comes from the sales of books, maps, videos, and other items about Shenandoah National Park and the National Park Service. These sales items help park visitors in planning and enjoying their experience in this great national park. The Bookstore has a great selection of park trail maps, natural history guides (birds, butterflies, mammals, mushrooms, trees, wildflowers), cultural history guides (pre-Park, CCC), and general information about the park and the National Park Service.

C - Potomac Appalachian Trail Club
The Potomac Appalachian Trail Club (PATC) is a volunteer trails organiation with a membership of over 7,000 headquartered in the Washington, DC area. The main purpose of PATC is the upkeep and improvement of nearly 1,000 miles of hiking trails, 34 shelters, and 32 cabins in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. PATC is Shenandoah National Park's primary partner for trail maintenance, including over 100 miles of wilderness trails, 100 miles of the Appalachian Trail, and over 100 miles of nonwilderness backcountry trails.

D - Volunteer In Parks Program
The primary purpose of the VIP program is to provide a vehicle through which the National Park Service can accept and utilize voluntary help and services from the public. The major objective of the program is to utilize this voluntary help in such a way that is mutually beneficial to the National Park Service and the volunteer

E - PATC Blue and White Crew
The Blue and White Crew is a volunteer trail crew, sponsored by the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club. The crew works primarily in the Central District of Shenandoah National Park (the region of the Park that covers the area from Thornton Gap in the north to Swift Run Gap in the south). The crew schedules monthly work trips in the Park throughout the year, as well as volunteer training sessions and occasional trips to trails in the Washington, D.C. region. F - Old Rag Mountain Stewards
Old Rag Mountain Stewards are a select group of highly trained volunteers partnering with Shenandoah National Park staff to provide mountain education and resource interpretation specifically geared toward visitors on the unique environment of Old Rag Mountain in Shenandoah National Park's wilderness.
