40th Anniversary Event Details

Walk for Wilderness - Aspen

What: A fun walk to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Wilderness Act, with shwag, food, live music, door prizes, etc. Route: Ashcroft Ghost Town to Pine Creek Cookhouse & back. Free shuttle available from Aspen Chapel starting at 9 a.m. Organized by the Wilderness Workshop, White River Interpretive Association, Colorado Mountain Club and U.S. Forest Service.
When: September 25, 2004, 10am-12pm
Where: Ashcroft Ghost Town, Castle Creek Road
