40th Anniversary Event Details

WildFest Celebration

What: 1) Go out into the wilderness- for an afternoon, a day, overnight. On foot, by boat, by kayak. Have the time of your life. 2) With your inspiration from out there, create- an art piece, a story, a poem, a song, something unheard of... 3) Come to the WILDFEST CELEBRATION.
When: August 14, 2004
Where: Send in the registration form with $20 to PO Box 346, Gustavus, Ak 99826, or drop it by the Gustavus Library. You will receive: a one year Friends of Glacier Bay Membership, a raffle ticket for exquisite art pieces, and a slot in the performance line-up at the Wildfest Celebration. Individuals or group creativity welcome. (If you are going out into the park overnight, you have to get a permit and backcountry orientation.)
