40th Anniversary Event Details

Happy 40th Anniversary to the Wilderness Act! - Fort Collins

What: A special evening to celebrate the Wilderness Act’s 40th anniversary and to review some of the recently reinventoried wildlands and roadless areas of the Arapaho-Roosevelt National Forest.The event is hosted by Colorado Mountain Club, Sierra Club, Citizens for the Arapaho-Roosevelt, Colorado Environmental Coalition, The Wilderness Society and other friends.
When: July 27, 2004
Where: Presentation and Open House: 6 pm at Home State Bank, 303 E. Mountain Ave., Fort Collins. Wilderness 40th Celebration: 7:30 p.m. Tailgate Tommy’s (patio rooftop), 145 E. Mountain Avenue, Fort Collins. Hors d ‘oeuvres and discounted libations.
